Investment Allocations

Please complete the following information to change your allocations for your Franciscan University Donor Advised Fund by choosing either from Option 1 or 2. Before recommending an investment allocation, please review the “Investment Description & Options” form for respective strategy descriptions and performance. Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor, serves as the investment advisor to each of the Knights of Columbus Funds. Investment Options

KCCF offers six different investment options. We have explained each below for your benefit.

1. Small Cap Equity

The Small Cap Equity option pursues long-term capital appreciation by investing in the stocks of quality, small cap U.S. companies.

2. International Equity

The International Equity option seeks long-term capital appreciation. The equity securities in which the option invests are primarily common stocks, but may also include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), which are traded on U.S. exchanges and represent an ownership in a foreign security. The option may invest in securities of companies with any market capitalization.

3. Large Cap Value

The Large Cap Value option pursues long-term capital appreciation by investing in undervalued stocks of quality, U.S. companies.

4. Large Cap Growth

The Large Cap Growth option pursues long-term capital appreciation by investing in the stocks of quality, U.S. companies. The companies chosen for this option offer above-average growth prospects, include strong and/or improving earnings growth rates, as well as compelling growth stories.

5. Core Bond

The Knights of Columbus Core Bond option seeks current income and capital preservation.

6. Limited Duration Bond

The Limited Duration Bond option seeks current income and capital preservation. The option generally invests in bonds that mature in 0 to 3 years.

Knights of Columbus Charitable Fund Model Portfolio Breakdowns:

Conservative: (50% Limited Duration Bond, 25% Core Bond, 8% Large Cap Growth, 8% Large Cap Value, 4% Small Cap Equity, 5% International Equity)

Moderately Conservative: (20% Limited Duration Bond, 40% Core Bond, 12% Large Cap Growth, 12% Large Cap Value, 8% Small Cap Equity, 8% International Equity)

Moderately: (10% Limited Duration Bond, 30% Core Bond, 20% Large Cap Growth, 20% Large Cap Value, 10% Small Cap Equity, 10% International Equity)

Moderately Aggressive: (5% Limited Duration Bond, 20% Core Bond, 25% Large Cap Growth, 25% Large Cap Value, 12% Small Cap Equity, 13% International Equity)

Aggressive: (3% Limited Duration Bond, 12% Core Bond, 27% Large Cap Growth, 27% Large Cap Value, 15% Small Cap Equity, 16% International Equity)
